As a Perth birth doula, I provide compassionate, evidence-based doula support for families throughout Perth's southern suburbs, within 30km of Yangebup. Whether you're preparing for birth, welcoming your baby, or finding your rhythm in the early weeks of parenthood, I offer continuous emotional, physical and informational support tailored to your unique journey. My hope is that you feel deeply supported, confidently informed, and gently held every step of the way.
Pregnancy, birth and the first weeks with your baby are enormous life moments. You deserve more than simply getting through them - you deserve to feel cared for, informed, listened to and supported along the way.
At Golden Hour, my role is to walk beside you.
Whether you’re preparing for your first baby, adding another little one to your family, planning a hospital birth, homebirth, induction or caesarean, I’m here to support you through the experience.
My approach is warm, practical and completely centred around the woman in front of me.

There is no one-size-fits-all way to prepare for birth or become a mother.
Some women want someone beside them throughout pregnancy, birth and those first precious weeks. Others already feel confident and simply want a familiar face for labour. And sometimes, you just need a little extra support at one particular point in your journey.
That’s why Golden Hour offers a few different ways to work together.
My role: As a doula, I’m not a medical or clinical provider. I work alongside your chosen maternity care team to provide emotional, physical and informational support throughout pregnancy, birth and postpartum. You’ll need a registered maternity care provider overseeing your pregnancy and birth.

For women who want to feel completely held, cared for and supported from pregnancy through birth and into the first precious weeks with their baby.
Golden Radiance is my most complete doula experience, thoughtfully created to surround you with support through every stage of your journey into motherhood. From personalised preparation during pregnancy, to continuous support when your baby arrives, and nurturing care in those early postpartum weeks, you’ll have a familiar, trusted person beside you throughout.
Together, we’ll prepare for birth, build your confidence, explore your options and make sure you and your partner feel ready for the journey ahead. When labour begins, I’ll be there to support you emotionally and physically, offer practical comfort, help you navigate the unexpected and remind you of your strength when you need it most.
And once your baby is here, you’ll still be cared for. I’ll continue to support you as you recover, find your rhythm and adjust to life with your new baby - because I believe the mother deserves just as much care as the baby.
This is more than birth support. It’s having someone in your corner, for every tender moment of this precious season.

You’re Never Without Support
Birth is unpredictable, and having a backup plan means you can feel confident knowing you're cared for whatever happens.
I’ll be your familiar face throughout your pregnancy, birth and early postpartum days, while trusted backup doulas are available if I’m unexpectedly unable to attend your birth.
I also have a small network of trusted local birth professionals I can connect you with when you need additional support or resources.
My goal is simple: that you always feel supported, never left wondering what happens next, and never feel like you’re navigating this season alone.

Nurturing Postpartum Care
The beginning of life with a new baby is beautiful, tender
and full of change. Golden Beginnings is
here to make sure you feel cared for too.
These early weeks are about finding your rhythm, recovering, resting and getting to know your baby, you don't have to do it all alone. I’m here to gently support you and your family with practical help, newborn care, nurturing reassurance and a little extra space to simply breathe.
Your support includes:

✨ 15 hours of personalised in-home support during the first 8 weeks after your baby's arrival.
The early weeks with a new baby can be beautiful, overwhelming, exhausting and completely unpredictable. Golden Beginnings is designed to care for you, while also helping your family find its rhythm. Your 15 hours can be used across multiple visits, broken down into your preference of hours per visit, allowing us to focus on what you and your family need most on the day.

Can I customise my support?
Absolutely. Every family is different, so you can choose the package that feels right for you, add a Golden Moments session, or combine your doula support with photography.
What if I’m not sure which package is right for me?
You don’t need to have it all figured out before reaching out. We can chat about your pregnancy, your previous experiences, what you're hoping for and the kind of support that would make you feel most held, confident and cared for.
What happens if I need support between appointments?
You’ll have me just a text or phone call away throughout your time with Golden Hour. Whether you have a question, need some reassurance or simply want to talk something through, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
What happens if my baby comes early or late?
From 38 weeks, I’m officially on call for your birth. If your baby decides to arrive earlier, I’ll make every reasonable effort to attend. We’ll also discuss any backup arrangements before you book, so you know what to expect.
