Whether it's just you, you and your partner, or your whole family, I'll gently guide you through your session while leaving plenty of room for natural connection, movement and those little moments that feel like you.
You don't need to know how to pose. You don't need to be a model. You simply need to show up as you are. I'll take care of the rest.

The Golden Hour Experience
Most of my outdoor maternity sessions are planned around golden hour, when the sun is low and the light becomes soft, warm and flattering. It's the perfect light for the warm, dreamy feeling that inspired Golden Hour. I like to shoot either at a beach or nature location which adds to the beauty.
Your session will be relaxed and gently guided, with plenty of time to move between locations, change poses and simply enjoy being together.

How Your Session Works
1). Session Fee
A $150 non-refundable session fee is due at the time of booking to secure your date.
This covers the time and care that goes into preparing and creating your session, including:

✨ Access to selected client wardrobe pieces

Your session fee secures your experience and time in my calendar. Your chosen photography collection and included images are then provided as outlined in your selected package.
2). Shoot Day
Relax, connect and enjoy the moment.
On the day, I'll gently guide you through your session while capturing both beautiful portraits and natural moments with your growing family.
3). Choosing Your Images
After your session, you'll receive access to a private online preview gallery where you can see your photographs and choose your favourites.
From there, you can select the gallery collection that best suits you, based on how many images you'd like to keep.

FAQ
When should we have your maternity session?
I generally recommend booking your maternity session between 28–34 weeks.
This is usually when your bump is beautifully visible while you're still feeling relatively comfortable.
Of course, every pregnancy is different.
If you're expecting twins, have been advised to deliver earlier, or simply want to capture your bump sooner, we'll plan around you and your pregnancy.
My biggest tip?
Don't wait until the last minute.
Your comfort is important, and I'd rather photograph you while you're feeling beautiful and able to enjoy the experience than have you feeling tired and uncomfortable.
What will I wear?
Don't stress about this part.
I'll help you choose outfits that complement your bump, your family and the location we're photographing in.
For maternity sessions, I love:

Bare feet for beach sessions
Clothing that allows movement
Coordinating colours for the whole family
You don't need everyone to match perfectly.
Coordinating is much more beautiful than matching.

If the thought of being photographed makes you nervous, you're not alone.
You don't need to be confident in front of a camera.
I'll guide you through simple poses and movements that feel natural rather than forced.
I'll show you where to stand, how to move and where to place your hands — and then I'll step back and let you connect.
No awkward "stand there and smile" moments.
Just gentle direction, movement and connection.
When will I receive my photos?
Your fully edited maternity gallery will be delivered within 2–3 weeks of your session.
I’ll also send a small sneak peek within 2-5, so you won’t have to wait too long to see a little glimpse of your beautiful images!
Session Preparation
Once your maternity session is booked, you'll receive my Session Preparation Guide, filled with helpful tips on what to wear, how to prepare and how to feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
I'll also help you with location and wardrobe planning, so everything feels simple and stress-free from booking through to your session.
